2) Main equipment:1T/2T/5T Drop forging equipment,1600T/1000T/630T/280T Grinding pressure equipment,3150T hydraulic forging press, CNC-machine, machine-center
3) Surface treatment: After forging, we can do machining, polishing, oiled (rust-proof), zinc, nickel, chrome plating, hot galvanized, and painted.
4)Suitable These products are for the power generation industry, pressure vessels, components for commercial nuclear reactors, press components, mining equipment components, marine propulsion shafting, heavy construction machines, agricultural machines, Plastic Extrusion Equipment, and custom forgings.
5) Process: mould forging(free drop forging or hot forging) – Normalizing & Tempering – Proof Machining- Quenching & Tempering. We can offer you various process conditions.
6) Material & mechanical properties & heat treatment: according to your requirements. Shipping Terms

Package: Inner packing with a strong plastic bag, carton box outside, and iron box to protect it finally. The packing dimension would be according to the dimension and quantity of the product.
